I feel like there's so much tension on here between the teams and many of the other members. I don't know if this will help or not, but I thought it was worth a try.

Questions for Team Members:
1. On average, how much time do you spend each week doing team related activities for each team you are on?
2. What's the hardest thing about being on each of the teams for you?
3. Where would you like to see the teams go in the next several months?
4. Who other things would you like the members of VP to know about you and the teams you are involved with?

For members:
1. Do you think there should be a limit to the number of teams a person is on? If so, what do you think that number should be?
2. On average, how much time do you think each of the teams spends on doing team related activities?
3. Other thoughts?
4. Do you have any questions for any of the teams? If so, for what team and what are your questions?

Other thoughts? - i'm really annoyed that ET gets all the competition outfits. they could be paid in some other way or then there should be an open voting for everyone (with the names hidden) and ET could participate too. and then i'd like there to be more of the prize outfits than 3 in zodiac competitions too, of course

3. Other thoughts? No, I'm not a fan of thinking at all. I believe thinking about stuff like this is a complete waste of time. That's my opinion, and naturally people are allowed to go ahead and do and think about whatever they want. I don't care, to be honest.

I feel like it is a little confusing for some members to have so many teams hosting things when that's what the ET was created for, y'know?

only on ET, but ..

- We don't decide based off of usernames. I know when I place my votes for entries, I just copy and paste the outfit and don't even look at the username. If I'm the host, I have to go back to the thread and see who the person is usually before I can announce the winners lmao.

- With people saying teams are exclusive, I can kind of see what they think that since some people have several badges. However, I am not sure of this. For example, I hosted ET apps back in 2014. Chandelier applied and her account was only a few days old and I had NO idea who she was, never saw her before. But her app was excellent. So we accepted her. As you can see, that paid off as she is still a member on the team and has contributed a lot.

- With people being on multiple teams.. as long as they can keep up and don't slack off with any of the teams, I don't care. If they wrote a good enough app for one team, they probably managed to do so again.

- We get the outfits for the time and effort we put into the team.. yes, maybe one or two people hosted that particular competition, but does that mean all the other members should not get rewarded for all the other competitions they host? I personally have only been hosting credit competitions so far, so I would have nothing as opposed to other ET members. plus everyone would want to host those specific competitions lol.

I really like your last point. That really helped to give me some perspective.

Also, for those you that don't know, there was a time when the ET team didn't get any items or anything for the comps they hosted.

not too much time, if something needs to be done, we make a forum about it and things fall together by the end of the night or the next day. i think we spend more time organizing ideas than anything.

communication. not many members are active enough on this team in my opinion. we could be doing great things but it makes it hard when only one other person is actively throwing ideas back with you.

i would like to see more variety from my team, and maybe some more interaction among each other

recently, our teams have been collaborating and everyone seemed so ready to help us when we needed it, which is awesome. don't count the YT team out yet, we're in motion. slowly, but surely in motion

also true. when I was on it before, we only had one set and it was for a 4th of july competition. ET is a bit different now. Everything has more of a schedule and stuff, which is nice. When I originally joined, there was nothing happening. It had to be completely overhauled by me and new members. I think people just didn't know what to do with it : (

Yeah, this is how I feel. For example, having NT members on ET is GREAT for newsposts such as for zodiac competitions. nice for collabs like that. but having all the same people on all the teams would make things.. .boring?
