It would probably be better, though I bet it wont take all of the shit away. I'm proud of the team members, because I wouldn't be able most likely to handle all the bs.

It's possible with Google hangouts. You can use Google hangout to setup a livestream that broadcasts on youtube. It sounds complicated and takes a while to figure out. (Took me about 30 minutes) But it's actually pretty easy. 

Just tried it myself, actually streaming this wile typing LOL. There is a 30 second delay or so, but that should not matter.
