Due to a lot of the stuff I already do relies a lot on Kim's support since she's already Admin, but If I was Admin myself I would be able to handle a lot of stuff without her help and be able to react quicker on problems (like codes getting leaked in forums, giving TO's and stuff like the entire hacker incident) To be able to help the teams more efficiently.
That's what started my interest in being an Admin, but that's not the only reason why I would like to be Admin. While I have considered applying for MOD positions before, I have never been one but sometimes I wished to be one cause no action was taken when needed or the current ones are 'corrupt' (GSM too)

4. What skills do you bring to the table that would make you a better Admin than the others? 
Well I already did alot of stuff for Kim that could be classified as Admin work so Ive been a been unto it already and by talking alot with Kim I know of what she does. Though I don't think I have any skills that others don't posses, but some good ones I have are; Im quick at getting things done, I enjoy helping people and I usually respond quickly and is very knowledgeable about a lot of things. Im dedicated too and have a lot of free time due to no social life whatsoever.

5. How will you improve the community as an Admin?
Well first of all I would prop listen to the community and hear what they say needs to change and such. I honestly don't know what I would do as of right now, I feel like its something I would figure out along the way. I like to stand back and observe and make a decision based on what I see.

6. What else do you want us to know about you before we vote?
Oh geez, I don't know.. Im not good at talking about myself, Im better at answering questions given to me, lel 
But know that I plan on doing my outmost best and if I become Admin I dont hope people would treat me any differently and consider me their friend, enemy etc as usual and knows that Im here to help - even if I don't become admin

7. Which of the parts, that the job as an admin require, do you think would be your weakness and/or flaw? How would you work with it, and improve yourself ?
Well, Im kind of a softie so I would maybe have to get more decisive and be harsher on the people breaking the rules and such. I enjoy making people happy, I don't like bothering or annoying people..

I don't normally take vacation. 2016 was the first year I really couldn't be on VP for a month simply cause I was in another country and barely had access to internet. Since I now have a laptop, even if I'd be going on vacation, I would bring it with me and try to get online as much as possible. 
Even during exam period I am most likely to be on VP for at least a couple of hours every day. 
Considering the fact that I'm not one to generally go on vacations, I doubt I'll take a vacation this year. And if I will, I will have my laptop, check vp and sure as hell would invest time and put some work if there was anything wrong or which would need my assistance!

It's mainly about talking with Kim and Kaj. There aren't many exclusive features an admin has comparing to a mod. The main thing would be communication with the site rulers/creators. Another thing which admins can do is give or remove team badges.

I would like to improve the mistranslations and help so that there won't be any miscommunication. Make this server fully English. But most of all be a mediator between the community and Kim/Kaj. That is my main goal. Although as an Admin, we personally cannot do much, we can help ensure that there is communication between these two parties.

I would like to be useful. I am online and active basically all the time, so I would like to use that time in order to make things, even if by just a little, better.

I am fluent in both Dutch and English, which would make things easier since Kim and Kaj are Dutch. This alone would help avoid some miscommunication and moments like "Huh? What?". Other than that I work great under pressure and don't lose my calm. I am completely unbiased and impartial, I would not hesitate tell people, no matter how well I know them, get along with them or look up to them, that what they are doing/saying/the way they are behaving is improper. I do consider myself respectful and even if I don't agree with someone's POV I will say so in a respectful manner while bringing actual arguments (which I find valid, because arguments are just as subjective as anything else), I don't provoke and cause an uproar or a fight within threads, never have done so, never will. Also, since I'm really often online I can work on given tasks really quickly!

5. How will you improve the community as an Admin?
Through communication! As said, the admin function doesn't offer many great features. Admins aren't independent, they still depend on Kim and Kaj. But the biggest and greatest thing is communication. Neither Kim nor Kaj are online that often, don't reply often to mails or they take a while, may miss some great ideas which the community has. My main goal is to be able to present the ideas/complains to them. No one knows better what this site needs than the ones who are playing it.

6. What else do you want us to know about you before we vote?
No matter who you vote with, leave your biases aside and actually think of who is a suitable person for this position. I get that you may like one person more than another or that you know a person better than the rest, but it really isn't a popularity contest. Think well about your choice so that you won't complain later on about the new admin.

I think that would be the fact that I would depend on someone and maybe wouldn't work as fast and quickly as I'd like to. The only way to work with it is to have patience.

I'm moving in August and would probably take a few days off from any major admin stuff while I was in the process of that (simply because I'll be moving internationally and that's quite a process), but i'd likely still be checking vp during that time! Other than that I have no reason to take any substantial time away from vp.
