Frankly, I think the events are poorly organized when it comes to you lot wanting things designed from us ( EG: Newbie week). You need to tell us at least in a week advance or when you start talking about putting together new events and give us the heads-up so we can start planning and organizing items rather then a few hours notice.

I\'ve also noticed that I was the only one (not confirmed by Vic yet) to get a mail about this. We are a team, not a solo person and I hope you respect that in the fact that you not only mail me with designs for these events, but the rest of us as well.

I\'m rather annoyed that you and Dani never got mails about it. We\'re a team and it seems like I\'m the only one to get mails. It\'s not not. At least when we put together events, we ALL know about them, deadlines are agreed on between all of us and one of us makes sure that all the designs are being done.

Everyone probably knows it\'s her birthday and honestly, it\'s unfair for normal players who don\'t get their birthdays publicly announce through the news team account, I don\'t think this was necessary. Sure she\'s a moderator and all but it makes it look people have ranks in the site, and we don\'t want that.

This was not necessary at all, it\'s provocative and is pointless, it might be a compliment, but this is not the bloody \"Lets-provocatively-compliment-someone-and-announce-it-to-everyone\" team, It\'s the news team.

2. Topics
The site should be focusing on informing people on what\'s happening, and here and there there could be stuff like stories, or polls, and such but more serious topics, something that concerns the youth culture, the topic on self-harm was great but it was written in a poor manner sorry to say. being me, I usually like formal languages and proper statistics. The \"Happy St Patricks Day\" was poor in quality. No one\'s going to go ahead and make st. patricks day cookies, give us history, give us new clothing in relation to this, give us something that\'s not boring. I\'m not going to sit there and read recipes. Give us something simple, historic, yet fun! That\'s what they want!

3. Timing
At a certain time, the news post should be published, not randomly throughout the day so at a certain time, a newspost would be out and people would check. Work out a time which is high in users and release it at that certain time it would be much better so everyone would have seen it.

4. Messages
I\'m going to keep this short but I\'m pretty sure everyones sick of having 527742 messages in their inbox all from the news team. So if you sent a message with everything in ONE piece like a daily reminder it would work out better although sending a message recapping everything EACH WEEK would be perfect.

I really think that the News Team could be a success with some adjustments to the way their procedures work and could gain potential readers. Besides all these negatives, I\'m fairly alright with the people and I\'m not targetting anyone but vaguely stating my opinion.

The whole reason I got into the News Team was to write some interesting articles and host contest, one of the things I love the most is hosting a contest and seeing the entries people post. 2, We really don't need a daily article,
I think if we changed the article times from daily to weekly we would have more people reading it and also we would have less 'filler' articles.
I feel like we are having so many 'filler' articles that are posted up just because we HAVE to post an article every day rather than because we have something good to write about. I think if we made it a weekly newsletter we can spend the week working out what to write TOGETHER instead of all of us spending our own time apart trying to come up with out own thing to write.

What do you think?

When I reply to the feedback I'm not trying to dismiss their opinions... I'm trying to let you know that we ARE doing things about it. And in some cases yes, personally I don't think people are right however that's only on by the way I feel I act as a newsteam member and other members may not feel the same way and believe they are the ones acting in such manner.

Seriously though, why is it I always feel like your trying to personally attack me half the time you talk to me or about me? Seriously, I get the feeling you have something against me and its really unnerving ;w;

I'd love to see more articles about what's happening around VP, as people have stated, and upcoming events of VP. Cupid, the Leprechaun, Newbies Week all kinda popped out of nowhere and we had no idea what was going on. I think we need some briefing on what the upcoming plans are.
