How good they don't do it and hope it is still good.Now I don't know if you mean the person who was banned or within YT.  
   But if it's about the person who was banned, you can send a message to it and ask why it did as it did and try to figure out the reason and see if you can correct it so that the person still can have a chance for this or next round applying.
   If it's within YT, you can make videos with animals because I love animals. You may be able to do some informative video about something? Then you may want to make a spring, summer, autumn and winter movie together so everyone helps a movie and then adds everything in one.
