Shouldn't this be reported straight to the moderators or administrators, though? I can imagine it to be slightly uncomfortable to the person behind the blog, too.

Yeah and I think even 10% is inaccurate as a lot of people are leaning towards bi and stuff?
The numbers will always be uncertain though, as not all people are open about. And quite a big percentage of the world are from countries that aren't really that inform because of their technology and such therefore might now even be too aware of the lgbt community.
And the different generations has to be taken into consideration as well.

Though I do think 10% is a bit of, again as you said a lot of people has started to lean towards bi and such.

Not only that, but not everyone are as straight forward about their sexual orientation, so there are lots of "unknown" lgbtq people out there.

It's highly problematic to conjure up statistics, because it causes a lot of misunderstandings, and even false realities.
Yep, I think it's impossible to find an accurate number on this, we have all the elderly people who've lived in the closet for their entire life for example.

Maybe. Or the person should at least be made aware of their mistake + they should be willing to correct it.
That's how actual articles work, they have to somehow show of that they know they made a mistake (though they can't really correct it, which is why it usually is expressed as en apology)

But I think they have removed the percentage? Or did I overlook anything?

I'm not arguing on any side but

at least @ them, if you're gonna @ other people

People make mistakes, but it is no way okay to bring it to a thread and attack the person. It seems as if the fact was removed. I'm sure they've learned to not trust wikipedia and other websites after this.
