if everyone started to participate they’d know, though. i mean, they can check ip addresses and will find out if it’s a side. whenever i look at the top 10 list for games im pretty sure there’s male side accounts as well

Sure, but it's surely more than 10 active males so I would rather try to figure out why the remaining.. let's say 20 to not exaggerate don't participate rather than to change the amount because it's fine as it is.

I think I would prefer that the sets come into the game more often. But I agree, 
In the past when I hosted I always had 10-15male winners minimum. 
As for recent comps they're hosted by my peers and I have no control over prize amounts.  🤷
