For me personally it would affect me if you "banned" talking about mental health because I have a mental health series on my blog, which I think is good for the community. By taking away mental health topics you don't just take away the triggering but also the ones spreading awareness

we're not banning mental health as a topic, we're asking you whether we should continue like we're currently doing or whether we should change the system in some way

as mental health is an important topic to talk about
