If applying for two roles, can you be taken into Bootcamp for only one of them? If so, should you stress which position you are most after (in case the team like you for both, and end up choosing randomly)?

I'd put on the application which position you're most focused on just so we know approximately how many people are interested in those roles all together. When it comes to bootcamp, I don't necessarily think it would be a problem - you most likely will be focusing on both but more pertained to the position you want more while being helpful/collaborative on your second choice. Hopefully that helps a bit.
