I mean if ihe did say any of this he's still in the wrong for not catching it when he's the ONE APPROVING DESIGNS NO ONE ELSE CAN APPROVE DESIGNS. 
he can't be so stupid that he said that, can he? it is a designer's responsibility to make a design that doesn't break the rules but it's his responsibility to go through the designs as he is the one who made the rules and he's the one who has to enforce them. and especially if he is the one approving them...

yeah but how the fk can he not have a system or something that would protect the designers? they invest so much time in this bullshit wrbsite and they're 70% of the reason why most people come and stay here 
whatever the designers make, they should be greatful because they arent being paid and are offering their services for free

Designers do have a loophole that Kaj claims all ownership of their creations. If he's not rejecting copyrighted items then that's totally on him especially if he pays the designer for said item.
