I don't know if someone has this in a blog or something.

But maybe update the FAQ about the game, especially regarding the codes, designing because I see that it's a common thing among new users to ask about it.

So like just write about what a code is, where to eventually find them/Where they can be spottet, what they can contain and where to redeem them.

And with the designing it's a lot of the new users that ask how to design, where and such.
So tell them that they need to download the bases from the forum where you usually find them, tell them about eventual free programs they can use to design in.
yeah, and that you supposedly can't help people with hints if you're not a team member for that specific code. which I've only been told is a norm but with new people coming that's just an impossibility to pick up on
yeah, and if the code is LE and you're not a male user, don't go and make a male user to claim that le code. (if you use a female user normally that is)

almost NOTHING the teams do is newbie friendly. it's discouraging to new users and they quit very quickly.

I mean I figure new stuff about this page each time t here's something going on, things I supposedly should know because this information is easy to obtain in 3-4months right. but also the more I learn, the more  I dislike

i like the idea of cr prizes for comps being hosted
and if not, at least 50/50, so at some comps you can earn cr and at others sets. would definitely help on the inflation situation, as ppl do bid crazy amounts on rare sets. as for team members; if they didn’t get the sets, they should at least be allowed to participate - it gives them a fair chance, like everyone else. plus i always wonder what team members would dress up as during wwib, for instance (or et’s god/goddess comps atm)

my only concern is what the cr amount would be, and how kaj would feel about it. it should be an amount that makes people want to participate, but also a small amount enough for people to still buy cr set week. if people earn cr solely through comps, it gives newbies a fair advantage but also buying cr keeps the site up and running

For me, I think, is that the vibe here is so(!!) negative.... I feel like people are allowed too much freedom in being mean and arguing....

when messaging a mod about a thread I found had escalated and become too rude and mean, I got no response and nothing happened on the thread (the mod didn't even comment on there).

I would like this place to be fun and happy instead of everyone just hating on each other and arguing and complaining

As long as we have this many credits in game, not sure if CR prizes would be tempting as event rewards.
Other than that, I'd like the idea. Just gotta let go of some credits somehow. :)

I agree that it takes way to long for mods to reply or close threads sometimes.
I could have wished for a new mod bootcamp for new and active mods to come

not really a loss tho
what about HOF
Never been a prize I've liked anyway. And those outfits could be used for other comp's etc., i.e. in places they are lacking.

Unless it' pretty much or I am dead broke, cr prizes don't interest me much.

If we went with Rololo's idea, credits would be more interesting.

As for hyping up the IG amounts, make all sets attainable via MP, DM, WOF or auction. Designers or sets deemed "wanted" could be bought with credits. If not everyone can buy credits? Oh well, might be that's a personal thing but at least no teams are getting hate.

Stop rewarding competitions/events with codes and sets. Substitute with credits so people have a higher opportunity of owning certain sets/designers. It might also lower the hype around certain designers because those lower the chances of things being overpriced because they're "exclusive".

Can't be anything to argue over if peeps get nothing but credits or..PP's.

speaking from a male perspective, we don’t have a lot of cr. which is why cr prizes would be nice imo

Oh, yes, true.  Females are the ones, who have to spend many credits then. Hopefully ShadowJess's auction will help with that, if the sets are going to be wanted.

But then the prizes between the male and female items are still going to be way too different.

yes, and if these kind of threads are allowed then there is just so much negativity being spread! this should be a place of friends and where u can come after a bad day in school or just a place to flee family drama (or at least that should be the goal I feel like!! that's how I felt during gSm)
