it is a little bit, I thought voting would only be for the first round. I think she should I made us hidden and only did applications and people vote that way rather then knowing who we are. Then only announce it after the end of this round.
That would have been a fantastic way of going about having this be a voting contest, tbqh. 
You'd make a good admin :p 

I definitely think we should be getting at least 2 new admins instead of just 1, because yeah you're right about time zones and experience.
