she was a designer there for a while? 

edit: it's another thing to re-design your own stuff I do that all the time. But to take others I have a bit of a problem with XD

i don't think it's the original designer who made this dress for vp because it was someone from the finnish gsm server and the vp designer is from the nl server. altough it's not even the original design, gsm edited them a bit
