Schedules definitely help. As well as constant contact. If they can't reply within a couple of days at least, maybe they aren't right for the team. 
Yeah, I try to make one each month. I haven't done one yet for this month because I was waiting on a couple members to step up to the plate and do it (also, I'm really tired. I have a lot going on in my personal life, right now.)

I'm voting for Jess. I've known her for too long to know that she is motivated and will grow the community. She is genuine and level headed where an admin needs it most. She strives for her goals and handle situations with class even if she hopes to please everyone.
