All of my text got deleted, but I will try again. So I was a player on the Norwegian goSupermodel site, where I was a member of the focus group and we had a heavy focus on internet safety. What is it ok to talk about, and where should the line be drawn.

I think its really important that safety on the site is put in the center of attention. There probably are a lot of children on the site, and they are probably gonna be impulsive in some situations and give out personal information or something. The more you guys can secure that that wont happen, the better. And if it is an issue (which I don't know, since I literally made my account two seconds ago) make sure its secure and that no one ever meets up with strangers alone, for example.

Mental health should be addressed, but it should be restricted. Very sensitive topics, like suicide, self-harm and eating disorders should in my opinion be kept on the minimum. Maybe have an age restricted forum for it, if it gets to graphic and that's something you think is good for the community.

Bullying should also be focused on. there should be a consensus within the moderator group where you decide where to draw the line. It can be hard to distinguish between harmless banter and bullying in some situations, so I believe having an open dialogue about that is very important.

Apart from that, I wish you guys luck in your search! :d

Is it okay if I ask a question about the application?
Will there be a bootcamp, or do you just pick the people and give them a badge + some kind of training or guidelines?

Most likely there will be another bootcamp just because its a trial period. It's a good way for us to see how we'll get on with the new members and it gives an opportunity for those who get chosen to see if they want the position or not without it being forced on them within the first day.
