there was multiple reasons why she was banned. as for the document, it's against the rules. although some might've seen it as a way to share constructive criticism it should've been handled a different way. may mods have gave users the opportunity to message them based on their concerns, yet no one has received a message. this isn't about "feelings getting hurt" this is about trying to stop something that's happen ongoing for months now. it's time to move on.

What kind communication would you like to see? More posts in the community?

Sarah holds everything I told her on Kik from when she asked me what I would like to see from the mods. 
Communication within the community is one, yes. 
It was proven that when the mods were more involved and sharing interests etc. that the community began to warm up to you guys - such as with Hypoxic a few weeks ago when she got involved in RPDR forums. 

It's hard to trust and respect people you know nothing about. It's why nobody comes to you with their problems - they feel like they'll get ignored because there's no trust there. 
We haven't seen the feedback yet due to her not having internet yet but i'd definitely be open to that! It's something i've actually wanted to do more. My post count is so low it's becoming embarrassing
