im feeling so god damn dumb today and its only been 3 hours of today

omg it's my absolute FAVE
i hate lobster and shrimp (which are more expensive and popular but sooooo fleshy ew)
but crab meat is soft and it melts in your mouth because essentially it's just alot of short or long but thick meat fibers situated around a center, and it does taste like heaven ;w; good ones are usually flavorful and juicy as well, just steamed, even without flavoring X,D
hotpot is like when the fam comes together, and we have a selection of raw things around a large pot of constantly boiling water, which becomes soup afterwards, n we just cook stuff together around the pot at the table n it's fun n noisy n sweet >w< <3
