not to mention that the entire thing, aside from it being sent to the people it was intended to be viewed by (the mods and kim) happened offsite

are you gonna hunt down and ban the person running vpsalt too? how about everyone that leaves mean comments on crush pages? until you're going to give equal treatment to everyone for offsite vp "misbehaving" then i'm not gonna buy the whole "she was banned for hte document!!!" excuse

Sarah holds everything I told her on Kik from when she asked me what I would like to see from the mods. 
Communication within the community is one, yes. 
It was proven that when the mods were more involved and sharing interests etc. that the community began to warm up to you guys - such as with Hypoxic a few weeks ago when she got involved in RPDR forums. 

It's hard to trust and respect people you know nothing about. It's why nobody comes to you with their problems - they feel like they'll get ignored because there's no trust there. 
We haven't seen the feedback yet due to her not having internet yet but i'd definitely be open to that! It's something i've actually wanted to do more. My post count is so low it's becoming embarrassing 
I can send screenshots of what I said myself - I'd do it now but I'm v v sleepy and it's a bit of a pain to send pictures from my phone to my laptop. 
What I can say is my vacation mode on my main, Quinzelle, ends on Monday so I can come back to tie up loose ends a little more before I enact the full vacation mode I'm taking (it's for college). If Sarah is still struggling with her internet by then, mail me and I can send the screenshots then? 

I'm glad that you're open to it. I don't know how well it will help other users feel or how much it can change but for me, it is one of the big reasons that I have felt uncomfortable. What I know is what I've been told/shown by other people. 
Thus, I don't know any of your real personalities. I think knowing them will help to build some trust up with the community. 
But the rest is gonna take a lot of other stuff such as responsibility and transparency.

btw the stuff I talked with Sarah about does talk about other issues/suggestions that I had - not simply more communication :3
