Bootcamp is basically where we teach you what to do and you can basically try out the role without the badge. It's a time to see if this is something you'd actually be interested in doing but also a way for the moderators to see if you fit.

The modsquad account doesn't have powers anymore really. Last year we just showed them reports and they discussed what needed to be done with them and guided them on what to write if punishment needed to be given. I'm not sure what way we are doing things this year
