I think a book is a great thing to win, but I wouldn't let someone choose their own book because that's gonna be a hassle. I'd pre-choose like 3 or maybe 4 books that you think are suitable for a prize. Then whoever wins can pick between those 3/4 books.

Or you could even buy the same amount of books as you'll have winners and just let number 1 pick first, then 2, 3, etc.
