- more team communication. from what i've seen the mods barely know of each other how often they're online and how active they are. there might be a rotation system but it doesn't seem to work well enough for things to be covered by 1 or 2 mods when all the others are offline.

- handle reports better. sometimes, someone gets a TO for speaking another language but someone else who does something really offensive gets nothing. I know it's the duty of us to report inappropriate things, but it is also the duty of mods to be alert, and come into action when things get out of hand. also, try TO an individual more instead of immediately closing the threads, when it's majorly 1 or 2 people fucking it up for the rest. if you're not sure whether to give someone a warning/TO or for how long, discuss using a group chat or the team forum. don't give one person who has broken the same rule a 3 day TO and another one only 2 hours (example).

- make a FAQ. if you do not have time to answer the 24187d2 (oops there's a letter in there but i bet you didn't even read the number) messages you get, create a public FAQ for people who don't really know how the site functions, and ask people in the threads what they want to know about the mods.

- check activity. mods should be active and if they can't be they should say that beforehand. there are multiple mod members complaining about inactive members, and while that in the ET or BT might not be a disaster, it is absolutely necessary for mods to be active when they can.

- please don't be biased. i know it's hard, but as mod you have influence and authority over others. if mods appear corrupt, the respect for mods will decline.

and last but not least, where have the mods been honestly? i have barely seen them in action and i have been on this site for more than one year. i only see them when they're closing threads or moving threads in the wrong place. if that is the only thing they have to do i honestly don't understand why they're busy 24/7

yes it took a long time before mugi was put into a more long term t/o for posting real life porn pictures. im not saying theyre harmful, but they do go against the rules and it shouldnt be punished with three days.
yeah true. I never saw what Mugi did, I only heard about it but I agree too.
It took waay too long for them to give a real punishment for it. Yet they'll give really long ass TO's for petty stuff.
i saw it lmao like porn is natural and all that good stuff, but seeing as it goes against a rule, it should be punished further
y eah!!!
Yeah true. The rule in that case wasn't followed properly - as one example.
At the same time, there were players who attacked Mugi though - there's never been any saying whether or not the "No attacking players" rule counts when the person has been punished, cause if it does, then there's a lot missing there too.
(Not saying to go and do it - I'm just saying that there's no real disclosure of what degree the rules should be followed).

also one thing; i dont think someone who speaks another language for like  a few posts should get a t/o. this is an international page. the dutch and german server dont have this problem because they ccan do their mother tongue on those servers. they should be punished for more or less speaking english then. there are more people on this site who understands norwegian and it sucks having to stick to a record label to do that.

i understand that it should MAINLY be english because of the fact that it is international, but i also think the rule of speaking another language shouldnt be to uptight.

I agree with this.
Specially the fact that some of them aren't active at all. they are good when they are online but barely here

like if we aren't we allowed to exchangig a few phrases in a public forum, then i don't know what to do
ohhh we did it yesterday and today, but we aren't punished so although the mods are online

i dont need to read all of this to agree, like the bolded sentences/questions are more than enough. the mods have been a problem and it's time we get that straightened out and get someone who wants to work as a mod to help others.

Punish mods for breaking forum rules.

I've seen mods break forum rules other people get warnings and TOs for and it is not fair in the slightest that they don't get equal punishments.

I have never seen that mods take that rule so seriously tho. Like once a bunch of swedes started taking over a thread and speaking in swedish and "fighting" with the danes. One person got mad at us and called a mod but the mod just laughed it off because we only did it for a few posts
