* get something to drink, maybe water or just something if you're thirsty, feel dizzy or any of that sort
* snack on something or make sure you get something to eat between the 20-25 minute breaks
* ^ with that im adding that you should also go to the loo
* walk around or just move around a bit, in case you need to do it
* it's okay to have some me time, even if that means trying to get codes, watch netflix or w/e you do during your me time
