sorry for that :I i havent before played overwatch and i didn't know how dark or pale his skin rly is...
i used that same picture when i designed skin, but that pic i dark.. and that looks like that "person" in pic is somewhere where is dark.. because the picture is not clear or bright so i didn't made so so dark skin...

I don't still see personally that is pale... i see its pretty brown... :d 
but that can be my laptop too, because i see colors on laptop different than on pc :I
