Then the delay is understandable but I still think etjen should hire paid tech support for cases like this lag.

More transparency in general would be nice like some more background info about the people working behind the scenes on vp, especially when it's someone who works with the code and has access to sensitive user information.

tbh its weird sometimes the site loads faster but then other things like posting comments takes longer, then the site is getting laggy again. IG its being worked on

I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about who I am, but I also understand that not everyone will feel comfortable with sharing details about themselves and everyones privacy should be respected. I hope you can trust that we won't let anyone have access to sensitive information without interviews and some vetting.

I'm not talking about stuff that is super private but I think an introduction like:
'Hello, you can call me XX, I was hired/ volunteered (which one is it btw?) to work on these specific things: XXX. I have a background in XXX/ a degree in XX/ worked on XXX for several years, ... which makes me qualified for the task at hand. Here is a rough timeline for the things we planned/ when you can expect which changes, there will be an update each week, biweekly/ each month, ... whatever
