ok the only thing that has been annoying me a little, and im aware that it sounds a bit petty and jealous lol which isnt my intetion, is that the team members have all been getting a ton of exclusive items that end up being the most sought after items and going for extortionate prices. and like i understand that they do a lot of work and deserve to be rewarded bla bla bla but we have ended up in a situation where there is a bunch of stuff that loads of team members own and then like, three competition winners own. and the fact that there are so many of the same people on different teams doesnt help. it just feels like this little... club lol, like in the trading forum, and if ur not on a team (or spending loads of $$$ on credits) it doesnt feel like u really have a chance to be a part of this whole buying/selling community.  i hope i have phrased this well.
I'd say thats a pretty unfair statement in a way. before I was even on any teams and before I started buying credits (which was only two months ago) I was still part of the buying/selling here. It was actually all I ever did for a long time.

Questions for Team Members:
1. On average, how much time do you spend each week doing team related activities for each team you are on?
2. What's the hardest thing about being on each of the teams for you?
3. Where would you like to see the teams go in the next several months?
4. Who other things would you like the members of VP to know about you and the teams you are involved with?

1. Well Im currently busy doing male designs for other teams than just SMT so right now it takes up all my time and all of my mind. Other than that I also have to make single items for giveaways and prizes for the SMT. Then I gotta make 4 male designs for the shop and 3 female for the shop/or other as a designer.

2. Im not really a part of SMT in the same way as the rest is, its just easier to coordinate items and codes like that. Being a designer is tough in itself cause in my case Im the only one providing the guys with clothes regularly. And because of that a lot of the other teams ask me for male designs.

3. Idk tbh, i didnt know there was any tension between us all haah

4. We work hard and while people are butthurt over us receiving sets that are prizes, they dont realize the work behind it all and how the votings are done, so they can complain all they want. I persoanlly dont give a shit, if it makes you sad and makes you want to quit, then leave.

Also they dont seem to realize that their words hurts us too that they dont think we deserve the item prizes.
All the teams get for all thdir hard work is a function (teams gift) item code and thats it.
And worse yet, not all can use that code, cause not all of us are female dolls.

1. Do you think there should be a limit to the number of teams a person is on? If so, what do you think that number should be? - i don't think there should be limits but people could still aim to be only on one or two teams unless they're particularly good in everything that teams do
2. On average, how much time do you think each of the teams spends on doing team related activities? - no idea, but i don't think they waste several hours a week (except designers, that requires a lot of time for sure)
3. Other thoughts? - i'm really annoyed that ET gets all the competition outfits. they could be paid in some other way or then there should be an open voting for everyone (with the names hidden) and ET could participate too. and then i'd like there to be more of the prize outfits than 3 in zodiac competitions too, of course
4. Do you have any questions for any of the teams? If so, for what team and what are your questions? - no i don't
very much agreed.

1. i don't think there should be a limit as long as the members are all participating actively on the teams then idc
2. i think if it's things that don't have to do with special occasions then maybe a couple hours a week. for like this easter weekend and christmas and stuff i assume there'd be more planning because more things are going on
3. i know everyone doesn't lie et getting outfits but idc. i just wish they would get them at the same time as the winners of the contest because then it eliminates the confusion and it makes it more equal.  plus guys et getting outfits equals more ig and more likely for trades and sales js. also with special holidays i wish alll the teams would get together so all the teams would have something going on to be more inclusive and highlight the teams that don't always get to do more things like blogger and YT(though bloggers been doing more things lately)

I haven't been here for over a year so keep in mind anything I say might be outdated. :-)

When I was a mod we sometimes got a manager for our work and I think that was a lot more fair than getting special clothing items. I don't think a manager would be a good reward now though because there are so many teams and lots of people on each of them. I think a better idea is PD and credits for team members. I don't mean to undermine the work of the teams though. I know that teams like ET have members who work super hard and there can be a lot of work behind the scenes so I'm not trying to be dismissive of your work, I'm just against teams getting outfits in general.

Speaking of teams, I also think there are too many teams and some could be merged with others.

Also do all teams get outfits or whatever?

Questions for Team Members:

1. On average, how much time do you spend each week doing team related activities for each team you are on?
 >>> Being on three teams, ET, NT and the ModSquad has me busy every second I'm on VP. On top of the, my admin position has be working on VP even when I'm not logged on because I'll be communicating with Kaj or Miranda. So, I'm pretty dedicated to the teams. I feel like I should spend more time in NT since I haven't posted an article in awhile, but I've been busy with everything else, plus my job in real life as well.

I do as much as a I can with the spare time I have to helping the community.

2. What's the hardest thing about being on each of the teams for you?
>>> I think the hardest part is scheduling time for all the team members to see posts or work on stuff together at the same time. A lot of times you have to message people directly if you want them to see something in the forums and it's a bit annoying.

Aside from that, I think another hard thing is making the rest of the non-team member community realize how much effort we put in. We don't just spend out lives on VP, we have jobs and school as well. But people often get so mad if a ode expires or doesn't work right when they want it to. They don't really seem to appreciate everything we do as teams. Instead of gratitude, we get attitude. We're doing our best and sometimes we make mistakes.

I've been feeling really upset lately with the constant hate all the teams are getting. Not just my teams that I'm on, but designers, as well. Everyone is just, "Oh, I only want Rat's designs!" But what about the other designers? The community doesn't seem to realize how discouraging it is to our VP talent to just  favour one person over the rest.  Like, really, put yourself in their shoes for a moment. Imagine being shoved into someone else's shadow by a couple hundred people? Not so nice, huh?

And that ties into the ET and other teams that give away clothing prizes for competitions. You want, want, want more clothing sets for competitions, but how stressful that is for the designers? They have their own work to do, plus all of our requests and it's just so sad to see how under appreciated the teams are for all the work that they do.

3. Where would you like to see the teams go in the next several months?
>>> I'd like to see the teams just continue to do well. Keep their schedules constant and create a rhythm for the VP community.

4. Who other things would you like the members of VP to know about you and the teams you are involved with?
>>> I'd like the community to take a moment to think about how their words can affect the members of the teams. A lot of team members were upset by what was said recently and that's not okay.

And as far as the ET getting competition outfits not being fair, I'd like you to think about the outcome of a member of ET entering and winning an outfit. Everyone would say we picked them because they were on the team or something silly like that.

I can personally vouch for that happening since it happened to me when I won MOTM a long time ago. People got mad that another ET member won MOTM even though that was decided by the community by a blind vote. But people said it wasn't fair, and were very rude to me. I was willing to give up my spot to the runner up because I honestly felt like I'd done something wrong - but I didn't.

Blind votes don't solve the problems, I know by experience.

I didn't realize people got mad at you about that. That's awful. Thanks for your input.

I remember feeling really unappreciated when I was on ET, and y'all have really made it better since then. I really wish people could see the progress ET(and the other teams) have made over the last few months.
