I also don't think that VP should be a one admin job considering how you either have admins doing their thing on their own and being basically dictators with a god complex or actually people who have half a team who help them with their tasks but don't get credited as such
offering VP what the users want isn't something one person can do on their own, it would take a lot of work and way more liberties Kaj is currently allowing his admins

I don't really doubt that, it's hard as fuck, especially alone. I agree that if it has to be done within reasonable time and manor, it will need to take more than one. 
I wouldn't really wish it upon, someone who didn't feel like the could take the task either, so if you couldn't honestly i get that. I don't see many people here being as neutral and smart enough thought, i don't really see you two as to biased people, i think you guys have good judgement too. I might be judging wrong, i mean you tell me, but i can't imagine anyone else.
