A message from Solitude abt the release of the document:
The mods nor ShadowJess has asked any of us who have made the document whether we was okay with it being released. There are reasons why we never released it to the public in the first place. It was meant to be something we could show to Kim to make her understand, not used as something so you guys can defend yourself in the public. I think it's distasteful that you do this without asking any of us (as far as I'm concerned). Next time don't make it all about you when there were people spending many days and hours on putting together this document. - Solitude

Ok I read almost all of this and I think chandelier and hypoxia are too emotional to be moderators. If y'all let emotion cloud your judgment you have no business in a position of authority.
TOTALLY THIS

no offense, i don't know them personally and have nothing against them as people/users but if you're this emotional then this is not the job for you

i am too. she could be pretty mean sometimes but never (from what i saw) when it wasnt justifiable or understandable.

exactly
i don't think there'd be as much of a stink around this if 1) solitude hadn't been banned at all or 2) she had been banned but for a valid reason

she used to be pretty harsh about things, and she had already been banned for that. but then Kaj or somebody allowed her to come back (not the mods, bc i'd be pretty pissed if i had banned somebody and an admin who was never around said k u can come back, fuck the mods' decision lol) . but i don't understand this 2nd ban.

I would like to see the rest of the message when Ali said you attacked Eli, this won't be a problem, unless you got something to hide?
Because I feel when you didn't include that part, it made you part more innocent which is suspicious to me.

@Chandelier

@Obliviate

It doesn't say anything else I did to her but that she thinks I deserve what happened to me.

I think Jess or one of the mods already answered why Solitude was banned ten or fifteen pages back - allegedly she was banned because she presented the document in the OP 'burn book' style.

I wonder how much of these kinds of situations could be avoided by the mods and admins having solid, visible policies like a three strikes rule and and degree-of-offense outline somewhere so you know how bad you're about to mess up when you break a rule. Like, bullying = no strikes, go directly to t/o, cussing in forum title = two strikes --> banned for two weeks sort of thing.

Just like to point out, KIK chats do delete after a period of time. So depending on how long ago that screenshot is may mean the rest of the conversation is no longer accessible.

YES this would be a really great solution because then we could see who is really willing to do their job correctly

It would help both the users and mods, I think. The mods would receive less backlash for a punishment seemingly too severe, and there would be no "but why was I banned???" among the users because they can clearly see the rule they broke, and the punishment policy attached to it. I'm actually surprised there isn't one already.

i assume its because the mods cant put that in place themselves, an admin would probably have to be the one to do it @Shadowjess
