Just like to point out, KIK chats do delete after a period of time. So depending on how long ago that screenshot is may mean the rest of the conversation is no longer accessible. 
Yes, they last for a year or smth I believe.

In every team there will always be people and personalities that clash. That's how mature works, but it's finding a level ground that both parties can agree on to work effectively.

well in the rules it would be better if there were a definitive, clear punishment for each broken rule, which there isnt.

I find it weird that we should have respect and trust for the mods when they can't even do that to eachother :s

I don't think it's a matter if not trusting each other. The commen ground is VP and 'trying' to do the best you can. That won't always happen and things will pop up.  What us important though is that we all remember that we are all human (I hope) and mistakes and screw ups will happen. It's letting them drag on is when issues happen.

It would be a little hard since every situation is different and you wouldn't be able to cover them all. But you could make a base one since we already have that and a 3 strike rule in place.
