Take a step back for a moment when you're getting yourselves all worked up over something like this. Reactions like this is what get's teams to not have the desire to create fun things for you guys. The person you're getting angry at is an actual person behind that monitor doing this on their own time. Scheduling their personal life around these events. They don't depend on you.

The likelihood of the argument already passing is high, given that there's 3 new pages every 15 seconds. But god damn, the fact that this was even an issue is beyond me.

it honestly made me a little more at peace, even if hate/frustration or whatnot wasn't entirely directed towards me, it was to our team and it's very tempting to stop doing fun things if this is type of response we're going to get

honestly, I wouldn't blame you.
I wanted to join teams before this (and I still would) but I'd feel too ashamed now after being someone who did complain.

I really hope it doesn't deter you though I'd take a few months or something off to let yourselves recuperate after how this turned out.

to be honest, you don't know about the kind of effort it takes before joining a team, so i get people complaining because the stories from each side is different so when we defend our own side, you don't care to see the other before it's out of control. not saying that everyone does this, but it happens )-:

hm yeah i think the smt should take a little break from all of this, after all this negativity have been enough for now. maybe we'll go off for the summer. :-)
