Yes! North Carolina, one of the southern states. Ive never really noticed that I speak animated till you said so and now im like oooh gosh I do XD.

Omg! That's why! My mom learned English in London after moving from Poland, so I do the same thing with a number of words... I once got hurt in elementary school and was asking for a plaster from the nurse and she didn't know what I meant and I just cried because I was so confused hahaha ><; Now I always say band aid haha~ But I still say some things differently lol oh well.
