Well as I said in another forum not all the mods have voted yet. But personally I don't think spamming should be acceptable at all since it is breaking the rules. Even if it was to be of into one label. As for now; it's not allowed anywhere. 
Yeah, I could see the point of view with moderators who are against a spamming forum. To be honest, I don't think it makes the community look good when you start as beginner here. Only way I see how you could stop spamming in the important forums is making a subforum where the post count doesn't exist, so people can still spam or do what ever their heart desires but just far away from the civilized world.

I don't really mean that, I think it's pretty common and allowed to bump old threads, if I'm wrong I'd like to be corrected by a member of the moderation team, but I meant it in a way that certain members only post emoticons because they want the ten thousand fans and the socializer badge.

That makes more sense! Thank you. I guess since I'm not competing, that I shouldn't be causing too much of a problem. At least, I try not to. I'm kinda chatty, but I don't want anyone to think that I'm spamming.
