I don't mind you guys being here, it's actually some progress but like getting new faces in such a position is quite something to take especially when I believe there are people on this server who can do the same.
New mods need training. If there are no people that know the right skills to train them, there's no use in hiring them. I don't say that the mods now are bad, tho, but Pim and I are just helping them with finding a bit more structure

same. It's kinda harsh to leave people in the position who are maybe too busy/uncapable of the job atm when there's others willing to do it.

That's how I feel too, cause the past has show that those mods are not involved enough, don't know their reasons but It has shown me their competence in a way and that's not how a mod should be. It would be best if they spent time in new people being raised up to become mods rather than the older ones. 

Imho, retraining the current mods is like putting a bandaid on a broken windshield 

The only way it helps is like, hiding a crack or two. The windshield is still smashed.

Yeah true. It's understandable that people have stuff in their lives such as education/work etc. but I don't feel you should sign up to the teams if you can't manage it - like has been mentioned with members on other teams. Such as, I probably wouldn't sign up for Mods or ET if they suddenly had applications rn as I don't have the time really (I've been online a lot but it's procrastinating and not really good for me). Or, it says at least that maybe they need more from different timezones or something. 
I do feel they should be able to interact with us though. Being mod doesn't mean you can't have fun with us anymore :/
