I don't mind about the huge team, the more the merrier, besides everyone has an assigned job (in SMT at least) I think as long as people do their work and got something to do it shouldn't be a big problem. 
I can see YT as a separate team but then they should work on their activity, if they think they've problems doing so, fusing with SMT might be a way to liven it up
Maybe we should contact Kim about it, or just fuse on our own with the new admin.

Actually I think the two different team sections that come with it might be helpful especially considering the fact that SMT ends up with 100+ forum and 90% of it is still useful
