People have offered Kim help with her English multiple times and she's turned them down, so that's not a legitimate excuse at this point. 
I didn't say it was an excuse, rather that people should keep that in mind. I think some people are kind of mocking her english. The sentence (even though it didn't say it should form a sentence, but just a combination of the words in order to get the code, but yeah...)

and for that matter. Maybe she doesn't want help because she would like to manage to learn english by herself. I can agree that having an Admin that doesn't really speak english fluent is kind of "unprofessional" but it's not as bad that you can't understand her.

^ this. 'cool sol new set' is two different phrases mashed haphazardly together that I think a lot of native english speakers are confused by since it's awkward and not really the way people speak.

To be fair though, a lot of the codes are words that are just haphazardly mashed together so it's probably only frustrating this time because we had to guess it.

For me, I'm just pissed at myself for not recognising it earlier and cause I typed it in but said it was wrong - either it glitched on me or I typed a wrong letter.

Though I still recognise her barrier, like in my previous post (I'm just a giant English nerd myself)
