But people also need to realise that we also can't jump into this. There are approval procedures that we need to go through and I need to approve of the new mods also. It's not a case of going yes no yes no.

But people also need to realise that we also can't jump into this. There are approval procedures that we need to go through and I need to approve of the new mods also. It's not a case of going yes no yes no.

I can't be on all the time(as much as I'd love to be) but people need to learn to also govern others and be responsible for their own actions.

From what I've seen its just me. Which is a good thing as I want to implement different methods to see if they work.

Problem is is that there aren't many people who cover all time zones. So there will be empty periods. Expecially if people are busy.

When we got new mods, like when we got Gingi, Hypoix, Soap and Legohouse we assigned ourselves as their mentors. I have gingi and chanfwlier had soap. Lialq has hypoxic and ali had lego i think and that was their training. 
As well as a long ass thread sabrina and i worked on explaining procedures.
