Wij willen een nieuwe manier introduceren om designer te worden met een concept wat jullie waarschijnlijk al kennen, open sollicitaties.

Als je nu designer wilt worden hoef je niet meer te wachten op verkiezingen maar stuur je je drie meest recente ontwerpen op naar het Designer account (stuur ze wel goed op, dus een plaatje van de hele outfit en daarna nog elk kledingstuk los, transparant en goed uitgeknipt) en dan zullen de designer ernaar kijken en bepalen of je in het team komt. Zo kunnen de designers mensen aannemen wanneer het nodig is zonder onwijs lange verkiezingen te houden en mensen goed beoordelen.

Dus, wil je een designer worden, je kan vanaf nu dus altijd meedoen aan de open sollicitaties!

Houd alsnog wel rekening met de eisen van designer zijn als je solliciteert:
-Minimaal 2 Diamond Member waardige setjes per maand in het systeem zetten (hier gelden competitie setjes dus niet voor, of je die dus aanneemt of niet is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid.)
-5 a 6 items gelden ook voor één setje.
-Als het je niet lukt op wat voor reden dan ook aan die 2 setjes per maand te komen geef je dat op tijd door aan het team en aan Kaj.
-Transparant en goed in het systeem zetten (Denk aan goed uitgeknipt, de goede categorie, positie en de SETID bijvoorbeeld)
- Je hebt internet explorer nodig om dingen in het kledingbeheer/ het systeem te zetten.

Oh en hoop dat dit inmiddels niet meer nodig is om te zeggen maar PLAGIAAT (plaatjes van internet, ontwerpen van andere mensen gebruiken) is in ons designer team verboden.


so basically they say

if you want to become designer, send in 3 of your recently made designs to the Designers account (cut them out so all the items are transparent and seperated) . the designers will look at it and tell if you become a designer or not. that's how we can get new designers without holding long application rounds.

so, if you want to become designer, you can join our open applications!

reminder if you want to become designer:
-at least 2 diamond member worthy sets per month (this doesn't include competition sets, it's your choice if you make them or not)
-5/6 items are counted as 1 set
-if you can't make 2 designs in a month for any reason, tell this betime to the team members or kaj
-you have to put them transparent in the system (cut out good, good category, position and SETID)
-you need internet explorer to put them in the system

oh and we hope we don't have to say this again but PLAGIARIZING (images from the internet, using designs of other people) is forbidden in our designer team.
