I recognize that this is a reward for followers, but a PRIVATE social media account contradicts the purpose of the social media accounts--to spread awareness of the brand and invite new users. Unless, of course, the Social Media Team is more interested in exclusivity for its followers than attracting new friends? Seems rather antisocial to me.
