It's a user run event. There is no staff. The site is owned by one man, named Kaj. He doesn't pay ANYONE to do anything here. Designers aren't paid, event team isn't paid. Everything that happens on this site is more or less user run.

edit: Except Solovey. Solovey gets paid for her designs.
