i actually feel a ton better already so

I'm pretty sure a large majority of people able to consistently buy the credits which keep the website afloat are people with jobs - so there are a lot of much older teens, and adults. People paying real money, who usually have responsibilities outside the internet that they can't be constantly checking their phones.

It's fine to have a projected userbase, but since VP seems pretty intent on money money it seems like it'd be a good idea to figure out their ACTUAL userbase and how to appeal to them. Usually people who can't live on a website enjoy scheduled releases for things.

This completely.
I personally didn't used to cry but I'd get worked up and agitated. Although I get bothered by ones I miss, I let it go pretty quickly really cause as you said, it's my problem - but I don't want it to get in my way of enjoying the site and ruining my day.
