That's how I feel too, cause the past has show that those mods are not involved enough, don't know their reasons but It has shown me their competence in a way and that's not how a mod should be. Imho, retraining the current mods is like putting a bandaid on a broken windshield 

The only way it helps is like, hiding a crack or two. The windshield is still smashed.
