Idk if I'm super comfortable knowing that you're just letting this hacker off the hook after they've caused the teams so much grief. I can't even use my own teams account to do prizes anymore without asking a mod and same person who let the hacker back onto the account the second time.

It's uncomfortable. Makes me think they just own the place now... and they have the power to do it whenever they want something. 
If we have a hacker, and I say if, we would rather hear him out and know why if is doing this, make peace and improve VP together with this person. If he/she does not step forward and decides to make up for his mistake we will find out. We already have some leads and we will take legal actions ofc.

But how would they make up for it? Say they're sorry and won't do it again?

I'm not tryna fight with you but I really don't think they deserve a reward after playing such a nasty little game. 
I don't think they deserve their badges (if they have any) and they don't deserve to be in this website.
The teams work hard with each other to put together fun stuff and a ton of it was just ruined by this... loser.
I'm really upset about the whole thing an to hear they just get a slap on the wrist... is like a slap in the face for everyone else who is effected by this.
