@ButterflyCry, Also, I tried to state it as best as I could, but I'm not perfect. I'm sure someone else may have worded it better than I, but unfortunately it was just me doing it, right now. Also, is there a reason you always feel the need to attack people for their mistakes? 
I'm not attacking you, I am just pointing out that it was unnecessary. Also if you realise your mistake then you could edit the first post. But you're not doing that so apparently you think your commentary is okay.
You may not think you are attacking me, but that's what I feel like you are doing. I feel like any time I have a conversation with you, I'm going to get attacked. It' s not exactly a pleasant feeling, and I feel like no matter what I do you're going to lash out at me. 

I wasn't editing it because I was talking to you, and I'd have to log into the FT account to edit it. No need for you to think so little of me, so quickly. Not that I can win with you, anyway.

It's none of anybody's business why he won't be accepted into the team. I think it's immature and unprofessional to share the reasons for someone's rejection with the rest of VP. There's probably a dozen more people that applied who didn't get picked and you're not putting those reasons out there either.

I don't know, I think the people themselves deserve reasons as to why they didn't make it onto the team. I mean, heck, it's not really my business since I didn't apply, but it seems like it would be kinda unfair not to tell people why they didn't make it onto the team. I mean, they'll just be left wondering forever why they weren't good enough instead of just receiving a rational explanation. Even if it was just over private message.
