Like I remember sets which were claimed in literally less than a couple of minutes... and were 100 ig. And now it's not maxed yet although it's been a while and to add, it's absolutely gorgeous!!!!

I think a big part of it has to do with the fact that they may not realize that there is a code to claim on this forum whereas it's fairly obvious when it's in a shout.
