I did my best to judge the BT applications fairly, but it'd be a lie if any of the team members judged these things 100% fairly. We all have people we know better on here, people we like a little less. And whether you want to admit or not, or even realize, we are influenced by these personal connections and assumptions nevertheless.

I'd recommend talking to the team about it. Maybe go through the applications and see if there were any people from those you'd think would make good members
