How did you find that worked? 
Im not really sure you'd have to ask the 'new' mods who were trsined in that way. If it helped them or not. I think each mod kind of rubbed off on their pupil a bit... I think? Thats why Gingi gave so ma y warnings and what not in threads and out since i did the same - but i could be wrong.

I liked how she didn't take anything personally. She did her job and didn't let feelings get in the way.
