Have you considered that because there are only 2 male sets there that it wasn't guaranteed that you would get one this time round?
More than likely she'll space them out with the female releases.

that kinda makes sense
she did say special dm month
which means the male set could be for any week in the next month

tho it does seem unfair that the females get so many compared to the males

so many other things kim could use the sets for
could put more items into the shops....sigh

I think it's more of the fact that females usually get bonus sets along with regular DM. This is even more than a bonus set and males still have to cope with 1. There are other designs by solovey and a few other badged designers but those sets are still lost in limbo..
