The scenarios aren't too big a deal, if you have a kick ass rest of your application. Those sort of thi gs can be learned.

a page manager is someone who manages the pages of either Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook
So you're good, it was already implied when you specified which social media you would like to handle
