I have always seen yt team as just entertainment for vp audience but also as a bridge for new people to find vp if they happen to come across any of the channel's videos

fair enough, but even then i just never found any of the content very interesting or like, super well executed

Yeah that's one of the reasons I stopped doing what i liked as VP isn't my targeted audience.
But it would be interesting to hear how to improve and make content that is more watchable for majority.

I mean I would personally take in anyone who has even the slightest of interest and motivation. This team is something where no one is expected to be perfect at the beginning as we all learn and improve as we go.
