You select them for either writing ór layouts, that is a big difference, because if you have five TPC'ers of the Dutch server, they are more capable than having five here, since they only do one out of two.

We don't want you or people from your server telling us how to run OUR teams. 
We only have 4 active people on the ET, five including myself.
One of which is a layouter who doesn't host - which is fine with us, no one complains.
No one else on this site besides the people coming from your server complains about our productivity.
But for some reason, you have to complain about our server...??? what???
If you don't like it here and you don't appreciate the work we do, then you can leave because no one likes negative nellies~

And you know, it really is hard for us having fucking lives and problems and jobs and school to deal with in between the site. No, it's not easy putting on competitions every day with five members. I work eight hours a day and that's a cross the city so my travel time is like 2 fucking hours. Tell me, would you have the energy after that to throw together an competition? And some of our members go to school for 7 - 9 hours a day and a lot of people have family issues, curfews, other problems in general that need to be taken care of before the activities of the website. 

Perhaps if we had more of a reason to keep things updated past the point of just wanting to, maybe we'd be more active and pump out an activity and an article a day, but unlike you guys on the other server, we don't get anything from our admin and for a long while, we didn't have much support of the community. Especially the TPC. They barely got any reviews on their articles - but yeah, motivation to work when no one pays attention is totallllly there.

So, you can go fuck off because we don't need you telling us that we're not working hard enough even with our five people who go to school and work, and have restrictions and are dealing with problems outside the site. We don't need that, nor do we want it. So leave or keep your mouth fucking shut and understand we are doing the best we possibly can under OUR circumstances.
