what about smt and youtube team that promote vp?
dont they have an impact too? dont they deserve being paid then too?
or do you have to be extremely skilled at drawing in order to be treated like solovey?

all the jobs are volunteer jobs though, i doubt vp would be able to run if he had to pay everyone, and people are obviously willing to work without getting paid with real money so why pay ppl when u can get volunteers instead
though with the designers i feel its quite different, since like lets be honest most people are here for the items, all the biggest comps are about items, most people only care about items rly

thats why noone should be paid. because solovey is doing a volunteer job too and it isnt fair that she gets paid but others not

i dont think that should be a reason to reward one person. people create those competitions, why dont they get paid? without a competition no outfit, no outfit no money for solovey
